Credits, failed tasks and refunds

A generation reservation and a payment refund are different operations. The history of both is preserved in your account records.

Google sign-in and account management are available. Purchases are closed. New video generation is open for accounts with eligible credits.

Published packs and billing

Starter Pack: US$9.90 for 400 credits, valid for 365 days. Creator Pack: US$19.90 for 1000 credits, valid for 365 days. Pro Pack: US$49.90 for 2800 credits, valid for 365 days. One-time purchases only; no subscription, automatic renewal or automatic top-up. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown before payment. Credits are non-transferable service units, not money or a withdrawable balance.

Requesting a cash refund

Within 14 calendar days of purchase, email support@minimaxh3recast.com with your order ID to request a refund. A completely unused pack is eligible for a full refund; a partially used pack is eligible for a proportional refund of its unused purchased credits, calculated from the amount paid for that pack. Approved refunds return to the original payment method and the refunded credits are removed. We do not deduct payment-processing fees from an approved consumer refund. Mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for defective or undelivered services, are not limited by this policy. Failed, blocked, canceled or timed-out generation releases the task's reserved credits; this is not itself a cash refund.

How to request and track it

Email support@minimaxh3recast.com from the account email and include the order ID, pack purchased and reason. Do not send card numbers or passwords. We assess the request and confirm the decision by email. Payment-provider and bank processing times vary; a support reply or credit release is not proof that a cash refund has settled. Duplicate payments and undelivered purchases should be reported promptly. Checkout is currently closed, so no live purchase is available on this site.

Failed generation

A failed, canceled, blocked or timed-out task returns reserved credits once. When the credits it used have expired during generation, the returned amount goes into a linked 7-day compensation balance.

Credit expiry and watermarks

The published launch packs expire after 365 days. There are no launch subscriptions or automatic renewals. Paid and trial credits are never mixed in one task. Paid tasks have no H3 Photo Studio visible watermark. Any trial campaign would be separately disclosed; none is currently open. Refresh the quote if funding changes. Generated results remain disclosed as AI-generated even when no visible watermark is applied.

Payments and disputes

A checkout redirect does not add credits. Credits are granted only after payment is verified. Refunds and disputes revoke the corresponding unused amount; already-consumed credits are recorded without making the balance negative. An order cannot be refunded twice. These operational rules do not remove mandatory consumer rights or the refund entitlement stated above.
